Ninh Binh's organising board for the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) on April 5 held a meeting to discuss preparations for the upcoming karate competition as part of the region's biggest sport event, which will be organised in the province in May.

A delegation from the Vietnam Sports Administration and members of the National Organising Committee for the 31st Southeast Asian Games had a working with Ninh Binh's authorities on the preparations for the karate competition of the regional sport event, which will be held in the northern province.
